Oneida County 40&8 Veterans 3rd Annual Halloween Fundraiser "SHOCKTOBERFEST" will be held on Friday October 30th at their location in Whitesboro with music by: Sweetwater Band from 8pm-12midnight. The cost is $5 per person to get in.
