Ghost Attack Caught on Camera? [VIDEO]

This video recently turned up on Youtube claiming that it was footage from a security camera in a reportedly haunted apartment building. The user that uploaded the video says:

Ghost caught on tape. CCTV captures Black Figure, possibly a Ghost or a Demon, attack man in a hallway. Spirit pushes him to the ground and drags him down the hall. There were other reported encounters by tenants and visitors complaining about similar encounters.
