Go Beyond Green Recycling Day Set for East Utica Saturday

What to do with used electronics and papers with personal data?  Neither belong in a landfill.  The Go Beyond Green Electronics/Paper Recycling event is set for this Saturday, May 21.

Electronic waste will be collection at the K-Music plaza at 1115 Mohawk Street in East Utica between 9Am and 1PM.  Document shredders will be on hand to dispose of papers with sensitive personal data.  There is no cost for the event however donations for the Utica Relay for Life will be accepted.

Items that can be recycled at the event include computers and all their components, cell phones, TVs, VCRs and microwave ovens.
