Google Street View Camera Car Spotted in Downtown Utica

There may soon be new images of Utica and Central New York appearing on Google's Street View feature.

A Google Street View car was spotted today in downtown Utica.  If you've never seen what the Street View car looks like, it has a camera 'orb' mounted on top to capture the 360 degree images that you find on Street View.

There are some streets in Utica and other parts of Central New York that have Street Views already.  I suspect more will be coming soon.
