Hasbro Feeling The Heat For Their ‘Odd’ Play-Doh Tool Design

While reading through my newsfeed this morning, I was surprised to see a lot of stories and complaints about Play-Doh. Looks like someone wasn't paying close attention to the design of one of their products.

My curiosity got the best of me and I had to check out what all the fuss was about. Apparently, Play-Doh has a cake mountain play-set that came with a tool for ‘icing.’ CNN reports the problem is what this tool was shaped like…

“some parents were upset over the phallic shape of the extruder tool used to administer the Play-Doh "icing," with complaints that it made for an uncomfortable Christmas morning for some.”
