TV News in HD Coming to Utica From WUTR and WFXV

You’ve probably heard that Channel 20 will once again have local news.  The TV station announced today that when local news returns to WUTR and Fox 33 WFXV, the news will be broadcast in HD.

The following was reported by CNYRadio.com

When local news returns to ABC affiliate WUTR following an eight-year hiatus, it’ll be making a big splash.  Station management today revealed that those newscasts — on WUTR (Channel 20) and on Fox 33 (WFXV) — will air in high-definition when they debut on September 12.
