NASA's Curiosity Rover has been on the Red Planet for almost 4 years now, and for the first time, you can get a 360 degree view of Mars.

In the video below, you can use your mouse to click on the image and see a full view of the terrain where Curiosity lives, or if using your smartphone, simply move your device to get a 360 degree view.

The images were taken by the Curiosity Rover and stitched together to make the 360 degree view possible.

The video is from an area of Mars known as Namib Dune, and you can see Mt. Sharp in the distance.

NASA said that studying the dunes on Mars is their "first close look at active sand dunes anywhere other than Earth."
