New Yorker’s Who Wish To Vote Must Register By The 14th

There is expected to be a record turn-out for this year's general election.  If you want to be part of that, you must register by next Friday, October 14th.

According to the New York State Board of Elections, voters who have moved to a new county must re-register with their new address.  If you have moved to a new address within the same county, you must notify the county board by October 29th.

If you would like to register by mail, you can find voter registration forms at the board of elections website.  Information of voter registration is also available at the Department of Motor Vehicles' MyDMV website.
