Observer Dispatch Launches ‘a la Carte’ Shopping Guide

The Utica Observer-Dispatch is launching a new weekly shopping guide called 'a la Carte.'

The guide offers weekly articles on fashion, home furnishings and gifts.  I received the card above in the mail this week inviting me to subscribe to the free weekly publication.
