Police in western New York say a man who had been drinking drove away from a fast-food restaurant with one of the wheels missing from his car.  According to WIVB-TV in Buffalo, Erie County Sheriff's deputies responded to a call about a drunk driver trying to leave the restaurant early Sunday morning.

When the deputies arrived, they noticed the car's rear passenger-side wheel was missing.  The 30-year-old driver was charged with aggravated driving while drunk.  Police said he had a blood-alcohol content twice the legal limit.
