The One Thing Taco Bell Has Been Missing... Is Coming

Fries are coming to a Taco Bell menu near you... That's right, you'll now be able to order fries with your tacos from your go-to CNY Taco Bell location.

And what could make this news even better?

Maybe the fact you can get these "nacho fries" for just a dollar. Now your taste buds and your wallet will be happy. By the way, they're "nacho fries" because they'll be seasoned with a special taco seasoning, and can be served with a side of nacho cheese.

But there's another twist to these nacho fries. According to Mashable, you can make them even better...

...[They] can also be upgraded to the larger sized Supreme for $2.49 or Bell Grande for $3.49, and can be topped off with beef, pico de gallo, nacho cheese, and sour cream.

With all the new menu items Taco Bell is always coming out with, and following the latest food trends, we knew it was just a matter of time before they jumped on the fry-game. They have tested fries out in other markets before. We remember hearing about their "loaded fries" being tested out in other countries, back in August of 2016.

When will we be seeing these nacho fries?

Soon. Very soon. As in a few weeks. According to Mashable, the fries will be released nationwide on January 25th. But they will be a limited-time item, so you'll want to try them as soon as possible.

Our fingers are crossed that they do phenomenally well though, so they become a permanent menu item. Then you could get your tacos and fries at one place, for good. And I don't know about you, but that's usually the deciding factor of where to go to eat: Do I want fries or do I want tacos? Soon, you'll be able to have both.
