Adele Talks Vocal Surgery on Upcoming '60 Minutes'

Adele has been quiet lately because she had to be. After having vocal cord surgery to remove polyps that caused her to table several planned tours, the women behind the best-selling album since 2004, ’21,’ was ordered to pipe down and keep quiet until she healed. So she had no choice.

However, she’s made progress and is opening up to Anderson Cooper on ’60 Minutes,’ which airs this Sunday (Feb. 12) before the Grammys.

At 6:35 this morning I ran the audio of Andy Rooney's final essay on 60 minutes and he said that writers 'never retire'. He also said that if he had to do it all over again, he wouldn't change a thing. Andy Rooney delivered his ‘60 Minutes’ farewell on CBS last night, but said it wouldn't be the last we hear from him. I'm delighted to hear that!
