The cast of season 16's 'Dancing With the Stars' was announced, and unlike most of the previous seasons, you may actually know some of the stars on this one.
It's supposedly splitsville for oft-temperamental actor and heartthrob Russell Crowe and wife Danielle Spencer.
Doesn’t it seem like this season of ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ has a lot more talented performers on display than normal? And by “talented,” of course we really mean “muscled.” Chehon Wespi-Tschopp — the ballerino who was born in Chicago, raised in Switzerland and has worked in NYC — is our prime example of this talent.
It’s not a complete shocker that Donald Driver, the graceful football player from the Green Bay Packers, took home the ‘Dancing with the Stars’ winners trophy Tuesday night.
Athletes in general tend to outperform the other C- to D-list celeb competitors on the show, and why wouldn’t they? Driver, like many of the previous sports-centric performers, has the immense pecs, rippling biceps and ideal athlete’s build that the competition requires.
All the weeks of struggle and sweat have lead up to this — the crowning of a new winner on ‘Dancing with the Stars.’ So whose blisters, torn muscles and compromised dignity were rewarded with a shiny mirrorball trophy worth about a buck-fifty?
Let’s find out the 2012 ‘Dancing With the Stars’ winner finale as the extravaganza unfolds … LIIIIIIIVE!
This is it — the week we finally learn who wins ‘Dancing with the Stars.’ All three of the couples in the finals this year were excellent, so the margin of victory will be the narrowest of narrows.
Let’s check out their Monday night performances … LIIIIIIIVE!
With so many amazing contenders in the ‘Dancing with the Stars‘ semifinals, it was really anyone’s guess who’d leave after Tuesday night’s elimination show.
So which three couples will move on to next week’s big finale?
There’s usually a thick blanket of anxiety that sweeps over contestants and audience members alike when the results portion of the show comes about. Nobody likes seeing their favorites go home, but in this particular results episode of ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ we’re seeing a double elimination. Ouch. Not fun.
After last week’s classic night on ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ one would think that it can’t get any more difficult before they begin the semi-finals. Well, when you’ve got six couples adding an additional person to their group to go on a trio dance-offs against the others then – yeah – it still is heating up on the dance floor.
Anticipation! Explosions! Dancing! Tonight’s episode of ‘Dancing with the Stars‘ on the surface was just a pure results night, figuring out which of the seven couples would be going home, but there were a couple of cool musical distractions along the way.
After dealing with Motown Night, ‘Dancing with the Stars‘ decided to crank up the intensity and challenge the dancers even more with Classical Night. After all, classical music is more difficult to dance to in comparison to anything contemporary.
