Extreme Cold in Upstate New York
January 24, 2013 It's no surprise that we're dealing with a bitter cold snap. But how cold is it around the region? My phone told me Utica was at 11 below zero just before midnight on January 23. I wondered if I could find colder temperatures to make me feel better - and I sure did.
