Tuesday marks the opening day of the 2016 Arts Festival at Munson Williams in Utica. This year's Sidewalk Arts Show features more than 200 works, including paintings, drawings, sculptures and photography all done by local artists.
Utica and the rest of Central New York is a pretty unique area. Sure, there's a lot of good things about living in this part of the country, but there are also a lot of things that making living here difficult.
