Coffee is great - gives you that little 'perk-up' you need in the morning, helps you start your day, and can even be the answer to your prayers halfway through the workday. I love my cup of coffee as much as the next person, but sometimes it's even too much for me to handle.

It's the 44th Annual WIBX Slocum Dickson Heart Radiothon - and it looks like Matt Hubbell and I are going to try and raise some money (by exercising our little hearts out!)
