Former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer plans a return to office with a run for the New York City comptroller's office. According to an interview released Sunday night by The New York Times, and his announcement this weekend that's he's gathering signatures to make the run, we'll be hearing more Mr. Spitzer in coming weeks.
