Traffic Alert: Incident at Oriskany Boulevard and Whitesboro Street

We've recieved listener reports of a traffic incident at Oriskany Boulevard (Route 5A) and Whitesboro Street intersection at the Utica/Yorkville border.

Reports indicate there is a blockage in the road and travel is hampered at the intersection.
