Whether you're superstitious or not, we're sure 2018 is going to be a great year for most. If you're worried about bad luck and bad omens, you won't have too much to worry about this year.

2018 isn't off to too bad of a start. Yes, there has been some heartbreaking national news, political drama, but we see that every year. Things may seem a little rocky right now (and over the last few weeks), but we have a good feeling it's going to get better.

If you're superstitious, you really only have two days to worry about. We're talking about those "Friday the 13th"s that pop up every year. There's only two of them this year, and they're spaced out pretty well.

First Friday the 13th of 2018 is going to hit in April.

Then you get a few months to prepare for the final Friday the 13th of the year. That happens in July.

And then you're good for the rest of the year!

Now, most people don't worry too much about Friday the 13th. Some are a little more cautious that day, but don't really change anything in their life. But for a small percentage of people (very, very small), Friday the 13th is a scary day. Like panic-inducing day. There's a name for it: Paraskevidekatriaphobia.

Actually, if you strongly dislike Friday the 13th there are two years coming up that should be even better for you than 2018. Both 2021 and 2022 each only have one Friday the 13th for the entire year.

For the rest of us though, Friday, April 13th will pass by like a normal day. Same with Friday, July 13th.
