Utica Greens & Wings at the Encore Lounge [Pictures]

Just Jen and I decided to visit the Encore Lounge located inside the Utica Radisson and Chef Steve Aloisio  impressed us with some fun dishes. Jen and I had an opportunity to visit the Encore Lounge on several occasions. While we were there, we tried several dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed the Utica Greens. They had just the right amount of heat, and were loaded with flavor. My motto has always been: "the more garlic the better," and the Encore's greens met my standards. Now please pass me a Tic-Tac.

Jen and I both agree that Chef Steve is cooking up some excellent food at Encore.

Jen loves spicy food that charts at "atomic hot." So far she hasn't found hot wings that can make her cry but Chef Steve sure gave it a try and she loved the flavor of the wings he prepared.

I could eat wings 7 days a week if you let me.
