Utica Proctor Grad Will Smith NFL Bounty Scandal Suspension Overturned
New Orleans Saint and Proctor High grad Will Smith has had his 4-game suspension overturned on appeal and will suit up tomorrow for the teams game with Washington. According to SI.com, the suspension for participating in the Saint’s notorious bounty program could still be re-instated.
(NFL Commissioner) Roger Goodell could still reissue the suspensions under a different interpretation

Smith had been suspended for 4 games, DL Anthiny Hargrove for 8, LB Scott Fujita for 3 and LB Jonathan Vilma for the entire season.New Orleans head coach Sean Payton has also been suspended for the entire season.
