Utica’s St. Patrick’s Parade Didn’t Start On Gensee Street
March 11, 2011 1:50 PM When the St. Patrick’s Parade was first organized in the late 1970s, Genesee Street was not the location of the parade. Today we step off on Genesee Street at Oneida Square and head north to downtown.
