This weekend I thought I would tackle some outdoor activities for New to Naomi. And that's exactly what I did at the Woods Valley Ski Area in Westernville.

Saturday night I headed out to Woods Valley Ski Area, and took my shot at tubing. I'm not going to lie, I'm kind of afraid of heights, so I was a little nervous to do this, but I figured the fun I would have outweighed how scared I was. It did.

You're never too old for tubing!

It was really cool. They had this conveyor belt that you stood on with your tube, to be taken up the hill.

Then when you got to the top, you could link together with other tubes, and decide whether you just wanted to be pushed down the hill, or if you wanted to spin. These kids linked up a big group, and had a lot of fun heading down the hill.

After tubing, I went inside to warm up. There was an indoor fire pit, live music, food and drinks. It was the perfect way to end a day of tubing.

Woods Valley Ski Area has tubing, snowboarding, and skiing. It's a great place to bring the whole family to have some outdoor fun. You can get pricing, skiing and tubing times, and all the details you need here.
