The Corning Museum of Glass is marking its 150th anniversary this summer by sending its unique GlassBarge all over New York State, complete with glass-blowing demonstrations.

The special GlassBarge will cruise the Erie Canal, which means it will be showing up in Central New York, including Little Falls, Ilion, Rome and other spots. There will be daily glass-blowing demonstrations from 11:00am-6:00pm, but you are strongly encouraged to sign up ahead due to limited space aboard the barge.
