Researchers found that women who sit for more than six hours a day have a 37 percent increased risk of premature death, compared with 18 percent increase for men. Listen to the even more scary part, your diet doesn't matter, the amount of exercise you get each day doesn't matter. It doesn't even matter if you smoke or not.
