Ever notice how it seems like some people just don't change their driving when the weather gets bad?

When the snow starts coming down many drivers don't seem to care, they drive in the snow as if it's sunny and 60. Many times the plows haven't even hit the roads yet when the snow is sticking. Sometimes, it's like the plows have abandoned the roads and all you're left with is poor visibility and a couple of scant tire tracks to drive in. Yet, many drivers don't change their driving.

When it gets really bad, like it did near Germantown, Wisconsin, bad driving habits have a disastrous effect. Like causing a 40+ car pileup with at leas one person killed, multiple injuries and the highway closed for hours.
