Generally it's not a good idea to let your current employer know you're searching for other jobs. So it's a huge oops that an AP photo editor included her Buzzfeed job application in a photo credit.

I say it could happen to anyone. After all, we're all busy and multitasking. It's impossible to keep all the plates spinning, right?
