Boonville Fair Fun Starts Today

One of the best parts about summer in Central New York is our outdoor events, like the Boonville-Onedia County Fair.  Get ready for some fun for the entire family.

The fair starts today and runs until July 29th.  Check out the Coleman Bros Midway, Irish step dancing, kiddie tractor pull, demolition derby, truck pull, live entertainment and lots more.  Bring the kids for Children's Day tomorrow.  The gates open daily at 8am.   Did you know this is the 124th year of the Fair?  I'm getting hungry just thinking about the yummy food you can enjoy while looking at the exhibits and walking around the fair.  One of my favorite radio memories happened several years ago while I was doing a live broadcast from The Boonville -Oneida Fair.  I did my show from the top of the ferris wheel.  It was a blast!  Maybe I'll do that again one day.
