Christina Aguilera is working on her new album, and now sources say a new single from ‘The Voice‘ coach will arrive this summer.

According to Billboard, the club-ready tune will be released in early August, and was produced by Max Martin. The magazine also reports that the chorus revolves around the lyric, “All I want to do is what you wanted.” The Swedish hitmaker has created pop hits for the likes of Britney Spears, Kelly Clarkson and Katy Perry, but this will be his first single for Aguilera.

The diva will also team up with Blake Shelton and Cee Lo Green on the forthcoming LP, the latter of which she already collaborated with on the song ‘Nasty.’ After failing to make it on the ‘Burlesque’ soundtrack, the track leaked online last year.

Of course, Aguilera has kept busy since the release of her last album, 2010′s ‘Bionic.’ She’s appeared as a coach on two seasons of ‘The Voice,’ and collaborated with her co-star Adam Levine and his band Maroon 5 on the hit 2011 single ‘Moves Like Jagger.’

Following her new single debut, Aguilera will return to the small screen for the third season of NBC’s hit singing competition series this fall.
