Christmas Comes Early To Utica Police Department [VIDEO]

Christmas came a little early at the Utica Police Department as a number of carolers sang to the officers on duty.

Lieutenant Steve Hauck, Public Information Officer says 'I cannot express how much your thoughtful gesture means to us. On behalf of all the men and women of the UPD, we wish you and your families a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.'
