Delilah’s Son Passes, Suffered from Sickle Cell Anemia

Delilah over the years has shared much of her life with her listeners.  Over the weekend, she shared the devastating news that she lost her adopted son, Samuel, to sickle cell anemia.

Samuel passed on Sunday and this is the message she shared with you, her fans and listeners, on her Facebook page:

Son, may you soar, free from the pain that sickle cell brought to your body, and filled with the love that we all felt for you...I praise God for the day He lead me to you at the orphanage, though I mourn this day that He took you from me. I will miss you forever...
