Dinosaur lovers rejoice. Dinosaurs are headed to Syracuse this summer.

The Rosamond Gifford Zoo in Syracuse announces "an exhibit of prehistoric proportions", which will be free to members and with zoo admission all summer long.  The "Dinosaur Invasion" includes a dozen lifelike animatronic dinosaurs, stationed throughout the outdoor zoo, including T. Rex, Brachiosaurus, and a couple of adult Parasaurolophus with a nest and babies.

According to the zoo, the display is ideal for kids with an interest in science, paleontology, archeology and natural history. The zoo will be adding several fun, educational and exciting events built around a dino theme.

The Dinosaur Invasion: 101 Days of Dinosaurs will run from Friday, May 25 through September 3, 2018. For more information, you can visit the zoo's website at www.rosamondgiffordzoo.org/dinosaur-invasion.
