Drinks You Shouldn’t Let Your Guy Order

Tis the season of wall to wall parties. What drinks this holiday season should you watch out for?

Nothing takes the edge off the holidays like a stiff drink or two. But, just because times are festive it doesn't mean you can let your guys guard down. There is plenty of drinks women drink that guys don’t want to be seen drinking. Whether they are good isn’t the question.

Here's a quick rundown of 10 drinks your guy should never order not even at Christmastime, unless he wants his friends to bust his chops!

1. Anything blended- If you're not on a beach, don't put the bartender through the process of "whipping something up."

2. Jello shots- There is nothing right or proper about hard liquor in the form of finger food. On a related note, you'll also want to stay away from anything neon.

3. Garnish-o-rama- Beware anything with an obscene amount of garnish.

4. Cosmopolitans- A pink drink that was featured prominently on Sex and the City, if your guy orders one he should just surrender his "man card."

5. Anything that requires a straw- That slurping noise when you get to the bottom of the drink drives everyone nuts

6. Whipped cream- Have him Run, not walk, away from any shot or drink that's topped with whipped cream.

7. Bogus-tinis- Martinis contain gin or vodka and vermouth. Anything that ends with "tini" that's not an honest-to-goodness martini makes anyone depressed.

8. Alcopops- Malt beverages that come in 40-ounce bottles are good. Malt beverages that come in those dainty bottles and taste like fruit are evil.

9. Anything "neat"- Try to avoid any kind of alcohol, besides scotch, ordered "neat." It could suggest that you're a raging alcoholic.

10. White Zinfandel- Drinking "white zin" has been known to instantly turn strapping young men into women.
