The true story of the prison break that had all of Upstate New York on edge for days airs tonight on the Lifetime network.  The debut of "New York Prison Break: The Seduction of Joyce Mitchell" was show last night, but tonight's movie will be an extended version.  Airtimes will be at 8 p.m. and again at midnight, with a documentary to follow each airing.  Those begin at 10 p.m. and 2:10 a.m.

The movie is based on the June 2015 escape by two convicted killers from the Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora, New York.  An employee of the prison, Joyce Mitchell has been convicted of assisting David Sweat and Richard Matt in their escape.

Tonight's movie stars Penelope Ann Miller, who underwent a dramatic transformation to appear as Joyce Mitchell.
