Free Sidewalk Art Show Is Back

One of the area's best summertime celebrations! What's better than local art, live music and vintage automobiles?

According to Munson Williams Proctor Arts Institute, the Sidewalk Art Show began in 1939 - making it one of the longest running art exhibitions in the area. The show features over 250 works of art from local artists. Visitors also get the opportunity to vote for their favorite work in each category.

The sidewalk art show is completely free and open to the public. It starts June 27th and runs until Sunday, July 2nd from 10am to 9pm each day.

The art show is the highlight of their over arching event, The 2017 Art Festival. They'll have live music, mural paintings and antique vehicles in addition to the sidewalk art show.
