Free Tickets to Enjoy ‘Cinderella’ at the Stanley
Your glass slipper has arrived in the form of Family 4-Packs of tickets to see the Broadway Utica performance of Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella at the Stanley Theater in downtown Utica. Beth & Dave, the Lite 98.7 morning show duo are playing a game called "Spinderella" the week of January 29-February 2 for your chance at the seats.
The game involves a spinning wheel full of categories and trivia questions about the famous fairy tale. All you have to do is listen for your shot every morning on Lite 98.7 between 5:30-10:00, as the game will vary from time to time each morning.
The "Spinderella" jingle Beth & Dave are using is a knock-off of Rihanna's "Umbrella" and they got an assist on the vocals from local singer Andrea Dubonnet.
Sample questions and answers so far this week:
- What's the name of the villainous cat in the animated version? (Lucifer)
- What's the missing word in the fairy tale's famous open: "There was a tiny kingdom, peaceful,_________, and rich in romance"? (Prosperous)
Good luck, Cinderella fans, and keep listening to Beth & Dave for your chance to win. The show is running February 7th and 8th.
