Gas Prices In The Utica-Rome Area Continue To Rise And Won’t Go Down Soon
Filling your gas tank these days isn't cheap, especially if you live in the Utica-Rome area. Gas prices continue to rise in our area, bucking the trend of lower gas prices in the winter.
According to WKTV, the average price for a gallon of gas in the Utica-Rome area is currently $3.73. That's an increase of almost thirteen cents from a month ago.
Typically, gas prices are lower in the winter and then increase during the spring and summer. Last May, we were paying $3.93 for a gallon of gas. Great, it's only March and we're almost there!
