Make Your Way to the North Country to See a Gigantic Snowman
How big is the tallest snowman you ever saw? Maybe 10 feet tall? Maybe even 15? Have you ever seen a snowman that was 35-feet tall?!
If you haven't seen a snowman that big, now's your chance. And if you have seen one that tall (or even taller), it's still quite a sight to see. Head up to the North Country to see this fantastic work of art.
This giant snowman can be found in the town of Champion, New York, which is about an hour-and-a-half drive from the Utica area.
Of course, a carrot for this snowman's nose wouldn't work (no one would be able to see it), so an orange traffic cone is used. Tires are used for his buttons. That just gives you an idea of the size of this thing.
Newzjunky shared the photo of the giant snowman on their Facebook Page. In case you missed it, here's the post:
Apparently, this isn't the first year you could see this snowman in Champion. Many commenters on the post mentioned they had seen it years before. Still, many others were surprised about the creation and were inviting friends and family to go check it out with them.
We're definitely up for visiting this snowman. Can't imagine seeing one this big in person. Have you ever seen this snowman before? Would you be willing to drive to Champion to check it out? Let us know on our Lite 98.7 Facebook Page.
