Honoring 9/11 in Central New York: New York Mills Memorial [PHOTOS]

New York Mills is inviting everyone to attend the 10th annual 9/11 ceremony held on September 11th. Before the ceremony there will be a silent march from the New York Mills Fire House that will start at 6pm and end at the 9/11 Memorial located at 320 Main Street. Bill Worden from WKTV will be the host speaker. After the ceremony refreshments will be served.

If you would like to participate in the silent march they are asking for you to meet at the New York Mills Fire House at 5:40pm. Carry your American flag and join the New York Mills Fire, Police, and EMS personnel as they honor the lives lost on September 11th, 2001.
