The 'Beautiful Soul' singer is going to be performing as a part of the free concert series in Syracuse at the Great New York State Fair.

This trip to the New York State Fair will be Jesse McCartney's first trip. The actor and singer-songwriter will perform at the NYS Fair’s Chevy Park stage on Sunday, September 5th at 2PM. The concert is free with admission to the Fair, which is $3 this year.

For those that don't remember, McCartney was a member of the boy band Dream Street, best known for the 2001 hit “It Happens Every Time,” before finding success as a solo singer with songs like “Beautiful Soul” and “Leavin’.”

The former child star’s credits also include playing JR Chandler on “All My Children,” voicing Theodore in the “Alvin and the Chipmunks” movies, and roles in “Horton Hears a Who,” “Law & Order: SVU,” “Summerland,” “Greek,” “Young Justice,” “Fear the Walking Dead” and “The Masked Singer.”

The Chevy Park stage is located in the New York Experience area on the west end of the fairgrounds. According to Syracuse.com, Chevy Court will now host the smaller concerts during the Fair. Chevy Park concerts will take place at 2PM and 8PM daily. Chevy Court concerts will take place at 2PM and 7PM daily.
