Lady Gaga graces the cover of Glamour's Women of the Year issue and talks about her own unconventional beauty.

Gaga, when asked by interviewer Andy Cohen if she was beautiful, described herself as "not conventionally beautiful" and she's perfectly okay with that.

I've always been OK with that.  I'm not a supermodel.  That's not what I do.  What I do is music.  I want my fans to feel the way I do, to know that what they  have to offer is just as important, more important, than what's happening on the outside.  I'm confident in who I am.

What about those wild outfits she's as famous for as her singing?  Gaga says they're her way of not facing the reality of what people expect from a female pop star and doesn't think she needs to give them up to prove that she's the real deal.

Glamour's "Women of the Year" issue hits shelves on November 5th.  Perfect timing, since Gaga's third album, "Artpop" arrives the next day.
