Lady Gaga To Mentor American Idol Final Four

After America voted off Jacob Lusk this week, the singing competion is down to its last four contestants.  And next week, they'll recieve the mentoring of Lady Gaga.

The remaining quartet of hopefuls will be performing songs penned by Leiber & Stoller, a songwriting team responsible for classic cuts like ‘Jailhouse Rock.’ The performance episode will air on Wednesday night.

Gaga has appeared on ‘Idol’ before in a performance capacity. She sang her hit ‘Alejandro’ from ‘The Fame Monster’ last May.
