Mike Rowe Being Sued By Mike Rowe

I don’t know about you, but one of my favorite shows has to be “Dirty Jobs”. Mike Rowe shows that people truly have crappy jobs, but manages to make it a lot of fun. What if your job was sharing the same name as Mike Rowe? Would you be happy? Well this guy isn’t, he’s actually suing Mike.

TMZ is reporting that Mike Rowe (who happens to be an inmate at a South Dakota prison) is suing Mike Rowe (the celebrity) claiming he copyrighted the name earlier this year and celebrity Rowe has no right to use it.

In the paperwork, Rowe (prisoner) is complaining that his life behind bars is a living hell because of his name insisting, "I can't live here in prison without being called Dirty Jobs or ... Dirtiest Man." He adds, "I am subject to this ridicule every day that I live."
