Looking for a new home and have plenty of money to burn?  Shell out $150 million  and you'll own the most expensive house currently on the market in the US.  It's the mansion that belongs to the late Aaron Spelling.   For the third consecutive year, the late TV magnate's Holmby Hills, California home, dubbed the Manor, tops the list of most expensive homes for sale in the US, as noted by Unique Homes magazine. The 'Beverly Hills, 90210' creator's home comes with a very Beverly Hills price tag: $150 million.   What do you get for all that money?  The estate is 53,000 square feet and comes with several kitchens and a gift wrapping room.  You've always wanted one of those, haven't you?   For the second year in a row, Suzanne Saperstein's Fleur de Lys took second, with a modest-by-comparison $125 million. Amazingly, that home is also in Holmby Hills, which makes us wonder just how much a rental would set you back.  The bottom of the top 10 is a townhouse on Madison Avenue in New York City, which features a  $72 million asking price.
