If New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg gets his way, getting a big size sugary drink at eateries in the Big Apple will be a thing of the past.

Bloomberg wants to set a limit of sixteen ounces on sugary drinks sold at NYC movie theaters, street carts and restaurants.  The ban wouldn't effect diet soda or calorie free drinks.  The Mayor says he wants the ban to help lower obesity rates and the number of deaths as a result of obesity.  Is he going to far with the proposed ban?  Do you want government to limit the size of a soft drink serving?
