Read the US District Court Criminal Complaint Against Alleged Boston Marathon Bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev
The US Justice Department filed a criminal complaint against the alleged Boston Marathon Bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
The complaint was filed with judge Marianne Bowler in US District Court for the District of Massachusetts in Brookline late in the day on Sunday, April 21.
The Justice Department released the criminal complaint against Dzhokhar Tsarnaev can be downloaded here.
Tsarnaev was charged with Use of a Weapon of Mass Destruction and Malicious Destruction of Property Resulting in Death. He will not be tried as an enemy combatant.
