Singer Tina Turner Is Relinquishing Her American Citizenship

Home is where the heart is and for singer Tina Turner, that home isn't America.  It's Switzerland.  Tina Turner is relinquishing her American citizenship.

The legendary singer has been residing in Switzerland for nearly twenty years and according to usatoday.com, she's filed paperwork with the American Embassy in Bern, Switzerland to relinquish her American citizenship.

Turner, 73, became a citizen of Switzerland in April.  She married German music producer and longtime boyfriend Erwin Bach this past July.
