Parenting Alert: Students Suspended for Twerking at School

What is Twerking and how can your kids get suspended from school for doing the dance? A group of students from Scripps Ranch High School in San Diego were recently suspended for producing a twerking video on school grounds with school equipment.

Twerking is a sexually suggestive dance that involves shaking of the hips and posterior.

The students in the video below formed what they called the SRHS Twerk Team. They were suspended and banned from school activities like prom and commencement.
