Upstate Couple Wins Huge Scratch Ticket Pay-off

This Thursday, a couple from the Hudson Valley will be at a Stewart's Shop in Albany to be awarded the largest single scratch ticket pay-off in New York history.  Their $30 ticket for the "$10,000,000 Cash" game was a winner.  The winning ticket was purchased at the Stewart's shop on Wolf Post Road in Poughkeepsie.

The $10 Million prize is in honor of the special 50th anniversary instant game.  The lottery hasn't yet released the names of the couple.  Newyorkupstate.com says they will be presented with an oversized prize check on Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m.
