Utica Blue Sox Promo Gets You Psyched For Baseball
The Utica Blue Sox are coming back to Central New York and the Mohawk Valley is rejoicing.
After spending 15 years in Maryland, our hometown Utica Blue Sox are coming back to town. Hall of Famer Cal Ripken moved the team in 2002 because Donovan Stadium was in disrepair and didn't meet the qualifications of a "standard level ball park."
The Blue Sox will play a 49-game schedule from June through July, with 25 homes games. They’ll open the season at Donovan Stadium on Friday, June 3rd against Elmira.
